Support

A small company, so the founder reads what you write.

Write to us

nearitz@grandfieldmedia.com — for anything: a wrong listing, a payment, a refund, deleting your account, or a category we should add.

What helps us fix it fast

The category you searched, roughly where you were, whether you were on Free or Paid, and what you expected instead. If a place was wrong on the map, the name of it is enough for us to find it.

Wrong or missing places

Free search uses our own copy of India, built from Overture Maps and OpenStreetMap. It goes stale and it has gaps, and we rebuild it regularly — tell us what is wrong and it gets fixed for everyone. Paid search asks Google live; if a listing is wrong there, it is wrong in Google Maps too, and correcting it at the source fixes it everywhere.

Your account

You can delete your account yourself from Profile, inside the app. It removes your account, your pinned locations and your credit history immediately.
