Refund policy.

Plain and short. There are no plans and no subscriptions in Nearitz — credits are the only thing you can buy, so credits are the only thing there is to refund.

Try it for nothing first

Free search costs nothing and is not a trial that ends. Every category, the whole of India, no account, no limit. We would rather you proved Nearitz works for you before you pay anything.

Credits

Credits are bought in rupees — ₹1 buys 1 credit, minimum ₹100, prices include GST — and one credit is spent on one Paid search. Credits never expire. They cannot be transferred to another account, they carry no cash value, and unspent credits are not converted back to money on request. Buying credits is a purchase of a service, not a deposit.

A failed search costs nothing

A credit is taken only when a Paid search returns an answer. If the lookup fails or we cannot reach Google, no credit is taken — there is nothing to refund because nothing was charged. Repeating the same category in the same place on the same day does not take a second credit either.

When we do refund in full

We refund the whole charge where we billed you in error, charged you twice, took money without the credits appearing, or Paid search was unusable through our fault. Write to nearitz@grandfieldmedia.com with the invoice number, within 30 days of the charge.

What is not refunded

A search that returned results is complete, even if the answer was not the one you hoped for — a shop that turned out to be shut, a rating you disagree with, a place further away than it looked. Nearitz reports what Google says at that moment; it does not promise the world matches it. Credits already spent are not returned, and deleting your account does not turn the balance back into money.

How and how long

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, in rupees. We start it within two working days of agreeing it; your bank or card issuer usually takes a further five to seven working days. We email you when we start it.

If you disagree

Write to us and say why. A person reads it. If we got it wrong we will say so and fix it.
